I offer individual sessions specifically working with teens and adults. I specialize in working with clients who have difficulty managing their anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, or parenting issues.

I am passionate about providing support to her clients and solutions to those seeking change. Her approach to therapy is systemic. What this means is she will develop a treatment plan based on your individual goals and specifically works with you to tailor your treatment.

I offer a classical and individually tailored approach focused on meeting the client's needs while being sensitive to their identity and life experiences.

I incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. It is my goal to work with clients who are prepared to change and want to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
