I specialize in working with women, teens and young adults to address struggles at school or home. I work with clients on marital issues and everyday life challenges with balancing work and family. I use an eclectic variety of therapeutic models to help my clients. I strive to make a safe place for clients process their hurts. My goal is to empower my clients to gain freedom from mental health issues and give them tools to cope and flourish in their professional and personal lives.

I use a person-centered approach. After the initial session, I develop a treatment plan where I used a variety of therapies based on your personality and learning style. As a former teacher, I provide education about mental health to support your healing journey.
