Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ and NY, counseling people as they change their lives. I've worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, and life-changing situations.

I understand how difficult opening up can be and that finding the right person to talk with is essential. My therapy style is empathetic, genuine, mindful, and direct. I offer a warm, safe environment to discuss any issues my clients may be experiencing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy draws upon several treatment modalities to help my clients heal and meet their goals, such as cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapy. In addition, I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work to develop goals to support your individual needs and facilitate change. Together, we'll work through any obstacles you may have and explore what thoughts and behaviors keep you from living the life you want. As a result, we will work towards greater self-awareness and self-compassion, leading to a more fulfilling life.
