My name is Rick Baumgartle. I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of counseling experience in a variety of areas. I work with adults 18+.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I currently work with people using Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Informed Cognitive Therapy (ICT) In working with clients I try to help them identify what is most important to them in their lives as well as finding ways to put energy into those things instead of struggling with the issues that brought them to therapy in the first place.
