I am a Social Worker with over 25 years experience in Therapy and Coaching. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy and assessment services for children, adults and families using an integrated approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. Since 1996 I have worked in a variety of settings and with diverse clients long term and brief interventions. I have strong leadership skills and manage teams of social workers in business and clinical settings.

I believe that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. My approach to therapy and assessment as healing processes, helping to answer deep-seated questions that individuals have about themselves or their child. I provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.

I help children, adults and families identify goals and work to help you plan and reach those goals. Plan to discuss thoughts, feelings, goals and solutions. I believe setting goals are the key to wellness, happiness and success. Expect to work hard. Therapy is many things, it can be painful and bring you hope.
