Great to meet you!

I'm a doctoral-level therapist with a passion for assisting clients by walking beside them as opposed to attempting to push or pull them along. Over the past nine years, I've had the privilege of wearing two hats as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I have six years of experience in an in-patient setting and three years of experience in private practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and commitment to supporting you through life's challenges. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, depression, adjustment concerns, maternity issues, Christian Counseling, and ADHD.

I believe that you are the ultimate expert in your life but that even experts need assistance. I can support you as you pursue personal growth, navigate life transitions, or address mental health concerns, in a safe and non-judgmental manner.

What you can expect from our first session

I implement a direct but kind and empathetic approach that challenges my clients to view their situations and concerns from a solution-oriented perspective. Clients can expect to leave feeling listened to and equipped with actionable steps that address their concerns.
