Great to meet you!

I provide individual therapy to adults and teens. I practice therapy from a place of empathy, nonjudgment, warmth and humor. I believe that each person holds wisdom and unique gifts and talents and that my role, as your therapist, is to reflect the light within you. I have been providing therapy for 20 years and worked in community mental health, as a clinical supervisor, for 14 years before fulfilling my dream of opening my full-time private practice last year.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, my goal is to help others find their own personal path to healing, connection and joy. Based on the needs and preferences of each person, I provide a variety of therapy options, including Brainspotting, IFS, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theories. I also incorporate my own practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into my work.

What you can expect from our first session

Through therapy, I believe that each person has the ability to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with oneself as well as develop more loving and trusting relationships with others. I provide a safe, calm, non-judgmental space for you to release trauma, shame and pain, and find the goodness and beauty within yourself.
