Great to meet you!

"What if your wounds are an initiation leading you to everything you could be and more? Everything you’ve longed for and more? Pause for a few seconds. Take a deep breath. Really take it in." - Sofi Vasi

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in the treatment of adults. I am dedicated to helping you heal from trauma, find your aliveness, and live as your authentic Self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I believe in practicing a person-centered approach to empower and encourage individual autonomy. I also emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyle practices and relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to establish trust, individuality, and the assurance that you feel heard and respected throughout your journey. I provide a non-judgmental environment to practice hearing and seeing yourself with compassionate eyes and ears.
