Great to meet you!

I have known that I was called to serve and love others well... and that's what I do. Within my career, I have been blessed to be a part of many other's lives, their stories, struggles, and achievement through serving and loving them well. Whether walking through a crisis, addressing challenging behavior, or providing a listening ear, I am privileged to walk alongside them momentarily. I hope to create spaces for individuals where they know that they feel loved, safe, understood, and known.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a strength-based perspective with the specialty of trauma, PTSD, Sexual Assault, Childhood abuse, Medical trauma, and grief and loss. I also have experience working in medical settings with individuals, couples, and families facing new diagnoses or complexities of medical needs. I have training in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT), Motivational Interviewing, and I am a certified Trauma Informed Therapist.
