Specializes in

Anxiety, Relationship Issues, and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping women effectively manage their anxiety so they can regain control over their lives. Whether you’re dealing with relationship stress, panic attacks, or day-to-day stressors, I can help you through skill-building and warm reassurance. I know life can be tough, and I'm ready to help you take it on with grace and confidence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

One of the core values I hold that heavily influences my approach to care is feminism. As a woman helping women, I strongly believe in advocating for equality and pointing out how our society’s structure impacts women’s self-esteem, relationships, work, and overall mental health. Through therapy, I help women challenge the misconceptions they have about themselves and their place in the world and help them find ways they can start taking back their personal power to live happy, confident lives.

What you can expect from our first session

While working with me, you can expect to learn concrete skills to help you manage your anxiety and relationships. I assign homework when needed, and I will challenge you when necessary. Changing one’s thought processes and behaviors can be difficult, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
