A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy often takes effort, energy, and stepping out of your comfort zone, but it's most effective when your therapist really gets you, and helps you feeling deeply seen, heard, and understood. By making sure you feel completely understood, heard, and respected, and then getting practical and specific with powerful behavioral, cognitive, and motivational techniques, I help you bring about real, exciting, and relieving change in your life to get you started feeling a whole lot better.
