Whether this is your first time in therapy or this isn't your first rodeo, I'm looking forward to working with you! I have found my niche to be college students and adults who are struggling with complex trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I graduated in 2011 with my bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida; I later earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2014.

I have extensive experience utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR) to treat a variety of issues. I tailor the therapy approaches that I use to each client, which typically involves using a combination of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.

I hope to create an inclusive, warm environment where you feel safe to share anything and everything. Tears and ugly crying are definitely welcome here!!!
