Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for many years with an emphasis on helping people resolve relationship and personal issues. As a clinician, I understand the challenges of daily life and the multiple ups and downs that occur with out-of-the-ordinary life events. My intent is always to help people become empowered in all aspects of their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to be solution focused and to act as a coach to help individuals identify and resolve the issues they bring to the sessions. While I help clients understand issues that may have occurred in the past, the focus is to help them gain insight and utilize that knowledge to make choices and decisions in their present lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a warm and accepting environment that lends itself to sharing and trust. I can assure a non-judgmental atmosphere and my undivided attention to the concerns that are important you. I also focus on each session ending with a "take-away"; something that you feel you've gained or achieved from that session.
