Great to meet you!

Pallah Burdis Counseling Services, PLLC offers comprehensive virtual therapy and financial wellness services from a relatable, humanistic approach. Pallah Burdis, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist in Texas who specializes in reducing the shame and guilt that comes with mental and emotional distress. Whether anxiety, depression, financial stress, or intergenerational trauma, Pallah utilizes her compassion for mental wellness to create a safe space where clients can thrive without judgment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space focusing on trust and open-minded communication. I use a biopsychosocial framework that includes a client's cultural, financial, and religious/spiritual experiences.

I offer a humanistic approach to counseling that uses CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused models.

I welcome individuals dealing with the following social issues and stigmas: HIV, LGBTQIA+, financial stress, new mom and career guilt, and relationship issues.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good match.

Each session will vary as life is unpredictable. Therefore, goals will depend on the client's needs. The overall goal of each session is to show grace, celebrate the progress clients have accomplished, and assess if goals need to be adjusted.

Access to healing can be difficult. Inquire about limited late evening and in-home appointments.
