Oby is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner in Texas &Nevada and is experienced in various nursing specialties such as Director of Nursing, Cardiac Step-Down, Telemetry, PCU, ER, Oncology, Rehab, Home Health, and Psychiatry. She is experienced in treating severe mental health issues. Oby's commitment to mental health is fueled by her professional and personal experiences. She aims to provide caring support that considers the complete person, not just their mental health needs.

The relationship between the practitioner and the patient is, in my opinion, one of the most crucial elements towards getting a better result from treatment. As a result, before beginning to provide holistic care for a patient, I like to learn more about them. My extensive experience and knowledge in acute care medicine and psychiatry have helped me tremendously in determining when collaborative care is needed to deliver integrated mental health care to my patients.

I foster an atmosphere where my patient feels heard, and that their needs are prioritized in terms of mental health. I don't just provide treatment for my patients, I help them source resources that will help them in their journey to better mental health.
