Life can take us in many different directions and paths, and you do not need to walk those paths alone. It is my goal to walk with you, to support you, and to encourage you through life’s ups and downs. As a licensed mental health counselor and dance/movement therapist, I strive to create a nurturing and empowering therapeutic relationship with my clients.

I use a person-centered and creative approach to guide and support your journey to greater well-being. I find that humor helps in relating and understanding one another, and processing those feelings you’re not sure what to do with! If you are feeling stuck in repetitive words or thoughts, it may be helpful to explore other modalities, including expressive therapies. The body holds so much knowledge and tuning into our mind-body connection can free our inner wisdom and provide solace.

I validate and empathize with each of my clients so that they may feel seen, heard, and respected. I acknowledge and honor the incredible courage it takes to seek help. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing process.
