Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Certificate in Perinatal Mental Health. I completed my Bachelors in Psychology from University of Central Florida. I minored in Sociology and Women's Studies. I then went to Boston University and earned my Masters in Social Work. I worked in child welfare social work for 12 years before shifting into the hospital setting. I am currently a Maternity Social Worker in a hospital setting, therapy provider, and a mom of 2 amazing daughters.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Each person is beautiful and unique. I like to get to know the people I work with and support them while working toward their goals. We all have strengths and we all have the capacity to be good people. Life is hard, but it can also be beautiful. We are all doing our best and can benefit from talking with someone who has an open heart and open mind.

What you can expect from our first session

We all have different strengths and needs, so each person will have unique goals. We will identify goals by talking about things you'd like to work on. Needs can change quickly, so sessions are flexible to meet you with what you're needing most at that time, while also working ongoing goals. My goal is to provide you a space where you feel safe, seen and heard so you can work on your personal growth and self-care.
