I have over 3 years of experience providing counseling services to youth, adolescents, and adults suffering from mental health and substance abuse addiction in the state of Nebraska. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient behavioral health office, at local schools, and have provided consultation with my client’s preferred collateral contacts.

I believe in taking a collaborative approach with my clients to help them with life changes, ineffective behaviors, grief and loss, conflict, trauma, emotional distress, and relationship difficulties.

I want to assist my clients with the ability of identifying triggers of emotional distress, problem solving ability to manage life circumstances, and strategies to improve their mood and behaviors.
