I have been in the counseling field since 2009 and I have worked with a variety of people throughout those years. I got my Master's in Counseling in 2014. I found that I am able to help people with depression, grief and anxiety. I also am able to do couple's counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very warm and I do my best to make you feel comfortable opening up about what all you are going through. I do my best to help you see different sides of what you experience and find solutions to those problems.

My goal is for you to come away with a better perspective of situations and find ways to handle future situations as well as work through what you have been through in the past.
