I am very much looking forward to being part of your healing journey. I promise to always be present, honest, and curious. As a trauma survivor myself, I will introduce you to tools and help you discover insights about your experience. With an open heart and mind we can welcome the dark parts of your story in to the light.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to therapy is mindful and holistic. You are the expert in your life. I will provide a mirror for you to see your life in new and healthy ways. Together we will identify and heal past traumas, help you learn to establish healthy boundaries, improve relationships, build self esteem, and help you connect to your highest and most authentic self.
What you can expect from our first session
We will start where YOU are! I want to learn about your experience, your beliefs, and the way you see the world. You will leave each session with new insights, coping skills, or will have processed hidden emotions. I want to validate your experience with compassionate listening but will not be afraid to call you out when you need it.
