I have over 20 years of counseling others with parenting, life changes, IDD/developmental disabilities, depression/anxiety/trauma, and LGBTQ+.

I am providing telehealth while I build a space in Hendersonville NC to meet Fall 2024--offering animal assisted therapy--emotional support animals welcome in the sessions for your comfort and a more relaxed setting.
