Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of life challenges. I offer a supportive, non- judgmental, safe, warm and trusting environment where you can begin to explore your personal pain, struggles as well as triumphs in life. I work with children, adults and families. I specialize in working with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, family issues, trauma, ADHD, behavioral and school difficulties.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a holistic approach in therapy that incorporates the whole individual (physical, mental, spiritual and emotional parts of self) while we work through your challenges, and you thrive toward greater self- awareness and mental health.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, through the client- therapist relationship, you will begin to explore your experiences and emotions on a deeper level. My goal is to assist you in becoming more self- aware, increase your confidence and coping skills, as well as become empowered to accomplish your life goals.
