Great to meet you!

I'm a board-licensed mental health therapist with extensive experience working with teens and adults. I have had the pleasure of conducting therapy with people of various ages and backgrounds. I have served in various clinical settings (e.g., inpatient psych, outpatient, addictions, child and family welfare, etc.). My specializations include working with those who have experienced life-altering anxiety, depression, parenting and relationship challenges, substance use, and chronic stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw from an array of therapeutic approaches to guide our process, personalizing our experience based on your distinct needs. It is my belief that everyone has inherent strengths that can be nurtured to produce a life with great outcomes.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that therapy is characterized by safety, trust, respect, and an emphasis on education and self-discovery. My clients and I work together, improving their emotional wellness and, ultimately, their lives by exploring helpful perspectives, creating meaningful goals and healthy habits, and discovering new ways of being and doing that are consistent with their core values.
