Great to meet you!

If stress has impacted your health, your performance, or your ability to enjoy your life and thrive, I'm here to help! My approach blends therapy, training, and coaching to help you manage stress, control negative thinking, and cope with emotional suffering. I also treat health conditions including chronic pain and IBS, and offer Bariatric Wellness Support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer an approach that is compassionate and empowering, practical and personalized, and informed by 30 years of training and experience in multiple schools of psychotherapy including Cognitive-Behavioral, Mind-Body Approaches, Energy Psychology, Neuroscience-Informed, and Positive Psychology. I am also a trained coach and experienced facilitator and trainer.

What you can expect from our first session

From our very first contact, I'll work with you to develop a personalized approach to achieving your goals and a plan that suits the realities of your life. As we move forward, I'll be a fierce advocate for your goals and dreams - providing support when you need it, and challenging you when we agree the time is right. I'll provide a safe space when you're vulnerable, and help you discover your inner strength and wisdom, let go of what doesn't work for you, and ignite your capacity to thrive!
