Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Michelle Bundrum (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Central Florida I have had 6 years of clinical experience. I attended University of Central Florida where I completed both a Bachelors and Masters of Social Work. During my masters I specialized in Military Social Work and received training in play therapy. Since then I have gone on to work with families and youth, strengthening relationships, overcome trauma, and building their self- worth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a clinician have been able to utilize my bilingual skills specifically in the fields of trauma and self-esteem with adolescents, adults and families. I enjoy utilizing frameworks that incorporate creativity in my practice by using expressive arts, CBT, mindfulness, superhero therapy, sex therapy, music and more. I look forward to our time together.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out and set up optimal goals of your choosing. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help each client feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to help you reach your goals and help you have a better tomorrow.
