I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years experience working with children and families using an attachment based lens to help their emotional, behavioral and trauma based symptoms/ experiences. I love empowering children and families with the tools needed to help them feel valued and seen. I am also very passionate about women's based issues, especially around pregnancy/ infant loss/ infertility.

I use an attachment based lens and also utilize play therapy, CBT, MI, art therapy and Solution Focused.

I want all my clients to feel seen, heard and empowered to live the lives they have always wanted and know someone is there to help them see their worth and value in this world.
