A bit about my approach to therapy

I am most passionate about helping people grow in awareness to help reach their goals and build a life worth living. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am a Veteran, and I have experience working with military personnel and their families. I have a host of tools we can use in therapy, to include certifications in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Yoga CBT. I also am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from our first session

In therapy I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you explore and grow. In this space I help individuals and families feel truly heard and seen in order to process and find strategies that they can employ to reach their therapeutic goals. I walk alongside my clients in their journeys, respecting that they are the experts of their lives and can become effective agents of change. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit working together.
