Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with training and experience in helping individuals recover from traumatic events, loss (death of a loved one, loss of a relationship, divorce), and traumatic childhoods so that you can move forward and live your best life. I studied clinical mental health counseling at the University of Dayton, and I have also been a college professor and yoga instructor for many years. I have training in EMDR, trauma, and grief.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a safe, calm, non-judgemental atmosphere for you to speak freely and process your emotions and life experiences. In addition to working with individuals who have had trauma and loss, I also have experience in helping individuals worry less and live the lives they desire without fear.

What you can expect from our first session

When working with me, you will feel heard and understood without judgement. All are welcome here! We will work together to create goals that you would like to reach and strategies to help you reach those goals.
