Great to meet you!

I have 15 years of experience working with teens & adults, who have struggled with a variety of life transitions, family/relationship issues, parenting concerns, depression & anxiety. I pride myself on creating warm, relaxed, and relatable relationships with my clients. My goal is to help my clients discover & develop the tools they need so that they can navigate and live a life that feels most comfortable for them. I want my clients to thrive in whatever it is that they do.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am here to be your best cheerleader & to hold you accountable for working towards the adjustments you are looking to make. My approach to therapy is solution focused and evidence based. It is important to have a goal and to be able to identify progress being made- that is how we develop motivation. I like to incorporate & teach skills that are concrete & tangible. I find these types of skills have been most successful for my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

There is no one-size-fits-all model of therapy, so I work collaboratively with my clients to identify goals and create attainable treatment plans customized to their needs. I aim to empower my clients to help them rediscover their strength and resiliency.
