Great to meet you!

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and how I might support you on your personal journey.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide behavioral therapy to improve and maintain your emotional well-being. This takes place through a trusting therapeutic relationship where you will be heard and understood. My approaches allow you to recognize yourself, think about others, and identify strategies for navigating the daily roller-coaster of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approaches include: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Each of these facilitate a partnership where you provide the starting point, and I am able to guide you towards the goal you wish to achieve. I also have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work.

What you can expect from our first session

Our work together is geared to help you improve yourself. Initial sessions focus on your situation and assess your current emotional health. Specific strategies or tools will be offered based on your identified needs. You may be encouraged to change your perspective, or attempt new coping mechanisms. Our collaboration will result in you having stronger life, relationship, and communication skills.
