Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping people with anxiety and depression and managing relationship issues. Clients often describe my style as laid-back, personable and engaging. Life is challenging at times. Let's have a conversation about what you are going through and see how our discussions might help you! I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 25 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy talking to people and helping them work through the challenges they are experiencing. By carefully listening, we can collaborate together to come up with ideas and plans to work through your challenges. I use a variety of approaches to come up with practical and pragmatic interventions to help clients get feeling and functioning better.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to thoroughly analyze the presenting issue they came to the session with in order to develop insights and possible solutions. Clients will leave the therapy session with homework assignments and practical exercises that help reduce the symptoms they are experiencing.
