Great to meet you!

AUG 2023: Email me about scheduling & getting started!

I am a multilingual NYS licensed clinical social worker & psychotherapist with 20+ years of training and experience dedicated to transformational personal learning and collective empowerment. I'm also an artist and healer by nature with deep roots in movement, nourishment, and environment. I've worked in community mental health programs, public schools, private colleges, arts programs, nonprofits, wellness retreats, and private practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach draws on advanced mindfulness practices, integrated holistic wellness methods, and embodied learning experiences to offer clients enlivened pathways for liberation, balance, and joy in their daily lives and relationships. I am honored to offer empathic listening and skillful support as you work on making meaningful reflections, connecting insightful resources, and creating effective results!

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is all about embodying your truth in personal, relational, and intersectional ways-- even when it's complicated, challenging and confusing. Let's talk about what matters most to you and start working on what it takes to embrace reality with courage, clarity, and compassion!
