Hey everyone! My name is Matt and I'm glad you're here! Being a Mental Health Counselor is my passion and I'm excited to get to work with you. I am here to provide support, skills to cope, and offer a different perspective on life's challenges. We will work together as a team to manage the rollercoaster that life is!

I am an open, non-judgmental person and I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling life. I use a variety of approaches highlighted by person centered and cognitive-behavioral meaning you and your story are my priority. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, sleep, loneliness, or other mental health concerns, I have the experience to support!
