I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I graduated from Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling with a specialization in Trauma & Crisis. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm self-worth, identity issues, and self-esteem. I am passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to best fit your therapeutic needs, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, as well Solution-Focused Therapy. My therapy style is truly eclectic, as I like to tailor my counseling style to fit the client’s need.
