A bit about my approach to therapy

I foster a safe space for my clients to make sense of life challenges while moving in the direction of their personal goals as swiftly as possible. Using an integrative approach, I assist clients in learning methods to become more present, to manage challenging thought patterns, and to live a life engaging in what really matters to them.

My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling empowered and prepared apply insight and skills to improve their wellbeing. My practice is fully online, allowing clients to receive therapy in the comfort of their own home.
