Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or have limitations in your ability to function presently? With 33 years of clinical experience with a doctorate in psychology, I have a significant number of skills and methods to help. I tailor my skills and interventions to each person depending on their needs, problems and comfort. You will find that I am very honest, direct, non-judgmental, compassionate and genuine in my desire to help my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view therapy as a combined effort with both of us working together to meet your personal goals. While I guide you, your feedback is regularly requested so you are benefiting.

I am trained and skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, Behavior Therapy, Rational-Emotional Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Psychological Testing.

What you can expect from our first session

I will gather enough history and information from you in the first session to allow me to discuss the treatment approach that I would start with first. After that first session, we will work together to address your needs and personal goals. I regularly receive feedback from clients about how hopeful and encouraged they feel from the initial contact and throughout the therapy process.
