A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I work closely with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where clients can feel comfortable exploring difficult topics and emotions. I work to identify strengths and build upon them, while also addressing areas of challenge.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide clients with the tools and skills needed to achieve their goals, manage symptoms, and improve overall well-being. My therapy style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
