A bit about my approach to therapy

Life can be hard, but it is even more difficult when you feel alone and defeated. Guess what? You are no longer in this by yourself. As your therapist I will provide a safe space for you to talk through whatever is causing you distress. I am known for my inviting, relaxed and comfortable approach to therapy. I utilize several different therapeutic modalities according to the needs of the Client. I specialize in working with WOC, Families, and Couples.
