I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Pensacola, Florida. I primarily provide individual counseling services to adults. As a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran, I am passionate about helping our military, veterans, law enforcement, and other emergency first-responders.

Many people are faced with various mental health challenges; wanting solutions for the here-and-now. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, or other spiritual warfare can be the biggest culprits. However, I believe that it does not have to be this way. As a seasoned and compassionate licensed mental health counselor, I will never judge you. I have a long track record of providing mental health counseling services to many people all over the state of Florida.
