Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Mark! I'm a licensed therapist with 20+ years of experience helping individuals perform at their best by focusing on their mental health and challenging those unhelpful beliefs that are holding them back. I focus on issues such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Self-Doubt
  • Isolation/Loneliness
  • Anger
  • Relationships
  • Mental Performance

But, really I enjoy helping anybody who is wanting to create a life they're excited about!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach to my counseling style. Together, we're going to look at your current situation and set goals for your future. We'll explore how your thoughts are impacting how you're feeling and, ultimately, how you're behaving.

The goal is to replace those unhelpful thoughts with more productive ones that will allow you to try new things and create the change necessary to show up as the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from our first session

Designing little experiments to test new behaviors is key to CBT. You'll walk away from each session with practical next steps to try before we meet again.

This will include a blend of reframing your thoughts as well acting differently in everyday situations to gauge the results from your behavior changes.
