Great to meet you!

I have been through my own therapy and I recognize how difficult it can be to find a therapist that knows how to help you and support you in the healthy ways you deserve. By doing my own work, I recognize how important trust in the relationship can cause you to feel empowered to handle your life in a way you feel supported and cared for.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe self esteem and self worth are the cornerstone to becoming healthy and healing within. I focus on helping people learn their own value and accessing it in a way that helps them feel more empowered to address many levels of their therapy. I believe that if you learn to be kind to yourself, you learn how to teach the world to be kind to you as well.

What you can expect from our first session

My main goal is empowering my clients to build up their self-esteem and learn new ways to look at their lives through a mentally healthy lens. I excel in building healthy relationships, remaining authentic, and providing a safe environment to learn to maintain a healthy way of living. It is hard to ask for help, and I want to make it inviting and easier for my clients to have the help they deserve from the first session to their last.
