Great to meet you!

My personal experience overcoming chronic mental suffering compelled me to enter the field of psychiatry. My greatest desire is to help others find the relief I have found by creating a path that leads to healing.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience working with persons suffering from mental health disorders. My training and experience qualify me to diagnose, treat, prescribe medication, and provide therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a client-centered approach to develop treatment plans specific to each individual’s needs. My holistic interventions incorporate a combination of medication, therapy, spiritual support, and lifestyle changes to reach the client’s desired goals. I am firmly grounded in providing holistic care with a solid understanding that complete healing must include the mind, body, and spirit connection.

What you can expect from our first session

My integrative approach includes utilization of psychotherapy, exploring physical health, enlarging spiritual connections, and the use of medication when needed. Therefore, your treatment plan will include recommendations to improve the health of your mind, body, and spirit.
