I am a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating the complexities of relationships. My initial motivation for pursuing MFT was my desire to support and uplift families, particularly in areas where seeking mental health services is still stigmatized. I have experience working with sexual, physical, emotional, racial, and intergenerational trauma as a trauma therapist.

My practice, which is based on a systems framework, places a strong emphasis on providing a secure and accepting environment where clients can discuss issues, develop relationships, and explore obstacles. I am a strong proponent of collaborative therapy, where clients and I work together to develop objectives and tactics that will lead to positive change. I've also had training in Gottman therapy, so I can address your concerns in couples therapy.
