Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience within the mental health industry. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of pediatric, child, adolescent, and adult populations with symptoms related to autism, ADHD, disruptive behavior, intellectual and developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, stress, life transitions, challenges with identity development, hardship in attachments, and family discord.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment style is calm, warm, and transparent with a sprinkle of humor. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual, which aligns existing strengths and values with specific tools and techniques to address reported challenges. We will work to identify a collaborative treatment path that focuses on your goals for our time together and we will check in throughout the process to evaluate overall progress.

What you can expect from our first session
