In my practice, I strive to create a nurturing and safe environment where clients feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives. With my training in EMDR, CBT, DBT and other modalities, we will work together to create a treatment plan that best supports your needs. I have experience treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, infertility, and grief.

I believe that therapy should be collaborative, and I do not subscribe to a one size fits all approach. We will work together to create a treatment plan that is tailored to you and your needs. I believe in fostering a warm and safe environment wherein clients feel safe to take risks, learn and grow.

While therapy can be hard, I always want my clients to walk away from sessions with the understanding that they are not alone, and they have support as they walk through their day to day lives.
