Life can be fruitful and rewarding but it can also be challenging and cause pain. Because of this I have made trauma work my focal point. I have extensive training in trauma focused therapies like TF-cognitive behavioral therapy and am currently training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

In addition, I value the "mixedness" of our experiences and upbringings that matter and add to who we are.
