Great to meet you!

As an experienced, trauma-informed clinician, I work with a variety of populations including adolescents and adults in crisis. I am skilled in helping clients sort through a multitude of personal and mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stages of life challenges and family conflicts. I am also proficient in helping clients navigate the trauma of childhood abuse, intimate partner violence and sexual assault. I happily serve clients from all backgrounds.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and aspects of Psychodynamic Theory to uncover dysfunctional thoughts, beliefs, and motivations stemming from trauma. I then challenge clients to adopt new behaviors that support their current values and a more adaptive outlook on their future.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to be a genuine, warm, open, and compassionate clinician. My mission is to help all my clients identify and accept their intrinsic worth. I hope to offer guidance and unconditional support that can help put my clients on the pathway to discovering their highest self and fulfilling the purpose for their lives.
