Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW with 10 years experience in the mental health field. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, and my Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including in-home therapy, hospitals, and outpatient facilities. Over the course of my career, I have provided treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and substance abuse.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is not a one-size-fits all experience. I use a client-centered approach to help those coming to therapy feel confident in managing life stressors. Throughout our visits, I will implement mindfulness techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you achieve a positive outcome.

What you can expect from our first session

Starting therapy can be hard. I will provide a space for you to feel comfortable to talk about and work through any situations that you feel are impacting your overall well-being. During our first session, and after, I will remain dedicated to helping you improve your emotional health and self-worth. I look forward to meeting you!
