Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor and Art Therapist to my practice. I work with clients to integrate a variety modalities including art therapy, movement, humor, meditation, and breathwork into my practice to help them close the disconnects between mind, body, and spirit, and connect with their true selves as whole and complete human beings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My gift is guiding people through life’s transitions, helping them land on their feet, and feel fully embodied, alive, capable, and excited about their lives. I'm invested in helping clients develop and maintain their mind/body/spirit health to create and lead more integrated lives that are in alignment with their desires. I am especially passionate about guiding women to reclaim their wildness.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a warm, collaborative, holistic approach that guides you to your healing and thriving. You will leave feeling grounded and connected to processes that will help you carry the work we do together into your everyday life. I believe that healing doesn't have to be arduous work and that it can even be fun.
