I am a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English). I provide therapy to adults living throughout the state of California (via Telehealth). Some of the clients who I have worked with include young professionals, college students, individuals going through life transitions, first time therapy clients, as well as other mental health professionals. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, phase of life adjustments and stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to each person’s individual needs. You will be welcomed into a warm and inviting therapy sessions. Some of the support I have provided includes collaborating with clients to identify solutions, develop coping skills, increase self-care, learn how to communicate effectively and learn how to manage/express emotions.
